Bob Johnson, CBM, is a nationally
recognized Beverage Management consultant who specializes in multi-unit
management of nightclubs/bars and bartending.
He is a 50 year veteran of the bar business and is best known
for his publication, “The Encyclopedia of Shooters”,
which launched the shooter revolution world wide, and for
creating America’s first certification program for bar
managers, “CBM” (Certified Bar Manager).
Mr. Johnson taught at Florida International University in Miami,
Florida, serving as Professor of Beverage Management. |
He has authored numerous
management publications for the bar business, has an online
bar products company, and continues a busy schedule of speaking
engagements for state restaurant associations, licensed beverage
associations and bowling proprietor associations.
